Utah Jazz have accomplished everything, except win an NBA championship. Counting this year, Jazz have made 22 appearances in the playoffs dating back to 1984. Only 2 appearances to the NBA finals in 1997 and 1998. Both were lost against the Chicago Bulls in a best of seven series only winning two games.
Jazz defiantly have the talent to beat any team in NBA. The problem starts with the bench, they are not getting enough playing time. Ronnie Price has proved himself, even in the playoffs. He has stepped up and made HUGE plays. Instead of leaving him in the game, he is benched. Price's average time per-game is less then ten minutes. Also, look at Matt Harpring, once a starter averaged over thirty minutes now his average is less then twenty.
If Jazz can rotate more guys more often, it leave more energy from our starting players to play against a tired defense. Its time Jerry Sloan step down from the Jazz, and bring in a coach that is willing to play a rookie in a regular season game. Morris Almond has only played in 9 games for an average of 4 minutes. Allow him to build confidence with his teammates on the floor, if he plays good DO NOT BENCH HIM!
